Confessions of a curryholic

Compartir
Hey!!!

Oh my gosh I had the best lunch today! I was dying to make a curry like the one I ate in disney world....I honestly never thought that adding coconut milk to something savory would be a good idea but I was so surprised in disney that I thought I would give it a shot.

Also, I've been craving a curry since I read "Confessions of a shopaholic", there's a part in the book where Rebecca Bloomwood goes on to make a curry instead of ordering one to save some money, the curry becomes a complete disaster but it still sounded good enough to make me hungry. Every time I read it I get hungry (I really love the book!).

I searched a couple of recipes (They all sounded great) but the one that really caught my eye was this one. I trusted the recipe because it was on one of my favorite blogs, Happyveganface, and I'm very happy I did. It was so delicous and so easy to make.

I'm definetly going to make it again, and try the rest of her curry recipes. I did change some ingridients only because I'm broke and can't afford to go buy more stuff hehe, but it still turned amazing. I did every step, even toasting the spices and it was all worth it. What are you waiting for, go make it! I served it over rice.

Oh, I forgot to tell you that the curry is a sweet potato-lentil curry. How good does that sound?

My name is Annie, and I'm a "Curryholic"

yo nunca he probado el curry (osea sí he probado el condimento, pero no el platillo en forma [leche de coco...y todo eso]).
cuando tenga leche de coco, lo haré ; ) !
